We have therefore taken appropriate technical and organizational steps to ensure that personal information is always protected against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We adapt our security measures regularly to remain in line with technological developments.

WHICH INFORMATION DO WE HANDLE?

theView only handles such information as we have a legal basis for. This is typically acquired by the registrant's written consent to theView's handling of certain, specific information about them. theView only stores such information for as long as necessary, and solely for the purpose in question. We have clear rules ensuring that the information is not stored longer than needed.

WHEN WILL WE TRANSFER INFORMATION?

theView never transfers information to any third party without the consent of the registrant, excepting such cases where there is a legal basis for it, or we are required to do so by a court of law. To further ensure against the transfer of information, every employee of theView is under confidentiality, and as such is obligated to never disclose or exploit confidential information, obtained as a result of our work.

SECURE THIRD PARTY HANDLING

theView may employ data handlers outside the company. External data handlers only handle such information on behalf of theView for the specific purpose required by us, and only upon instruction. We have a number of security measures for the protection of personal information which third parties are always obligated to submit to.

theView does not transfer information outside the EU and EEA, except in such cases where it is necessary to fulfill a legal or contractual commitment to a customer. If so, theView makes a data handling agreement with the relevant vendors, in compliance with the EU/EEA rules and regulations for data security and protection.
